About Mountain Meadow Ranch
Nestled between lush national forest and wild desert in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California, Mountain Meadow Ranch Summer Camp is the perfect environment for an unplugged, mindful experience.
At Mountain Meadow Ranch, our small enrollment of around 120 means that campers and staff bond like family. We take a hands-on, personal approach where every camper is known by name and feels at home. At our core, we believe in servant leadership, inviting every camper, counselor, and staff member to “serve all” in order to build a thriving community. By fostering a spirit of servanthood, we create a caring and authentic social environment that enhances our activities and extends into campers’ lives back home.
As a third generation family owned and operated camp, we believe the magic of camp happens in the “in-between” moments. These are the spontaneous, unstructured times that lead to deep connections, self-discovery, and genuine joy. Whether it’s in casual play by the lagoon, sharing our hearts under the stars around the campfire, or simply enjoying the sounds of nature, these moments are where lifelong memories are made and the camp becomes a family.
Our mission is to create a genuine, fun, and enriching environment where young people can unplug from the pressures of modern life, connect with nature, and grow through challenges. At Mountain Meadow we aim to cultivate a sense of community, stewardship, and personal growth, helping campers develop character, resilience, and lifelong connections.
