About Gold Arrow Camp

Gold Arrow Camp is a traditional summer camp located on Huntington Lake. Boys and girls ages 6-14 make fun, lifelong memories at our California summer camp while participating in activities like wake boarding, horseback riding, and rock climbing.

At Gold Arrow Camp, campers experience rustic living with the spectacular backdrop of the Sierra National Forest. Explore our website and see why our summer camp in California has been a summer home to thousands of happy children since 1933.

Gold Arrow Camp provides the ideal environment for participation in both wilderness and water activities. The camp operates under a Special Use Permit from the U.S.D.A. Forest Service.

Gold Arrow Camp is located in the heart of California’s Sierra National Forest on the shore of Huntington Lake at an altitude of 7,000 feet. Yosemite National Park is 30 miles to the north, and Kings Canyon National Park is 25 miles to the southeast. Gold Arrow Camp is 65 miles northeast of Fresno, California. It takes approximately 1.5 hours to drive from Fresno to Gold Arrow Camp.

We have more than 20 non-competitive, outdoor recreational activities we participate in at Gold Arrow Camp. These include waterfront activities, traditional camp activities, and our outdoor and challenge course activities!
